Cumin Kale Chips

This is by far my favorite way to eat kale, and it is so easy! I have often made a batch to share, and ended up eating almost all of it by myself. I don't have any measurements for this recipe, so just use as much of everything as you think you need.

one bunch fresh kale
olive oil

1. Remove stems from kale and cut into bite sized pieces. 2. Toss kale with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin (a little goes a long way). 3. Spread kale in a single layer on a baking sheet. 4. Bake at 325 F for 10-15 minutes, until crispy.
