I was skeptical about this top at first, but this outfit confirms it's raddness for me. It's that usually terrible polyester fabric that was used a lot in the 70's, and I found it at my new secret spot, which is so good that I don't even know if I can tell you about it. If you live in Portland, let me just say that this place is like The Bins, only better. Okay, I'll tell you. It's called Vintage By The Pound, and it is a small miracle for vintage lovers and bargain hunters.
