The blueberries in my garden are finally ready, and they are the best I have tasted in a long time. There's something about eating just picked produced, and I know exactly where they came from! My own back yard is about as local as it gets.
I'm loving eating out of my garden and giving lettuce to anyone who will take it. I even did a produce trade with my friend Amy who had more raspberries than she could eat. I feel like such an urban farmer!
