Kimono Mornings

I had been looking for a full-length vintage kimono to wear as a robe for a while, and when I found this one at Bellingham Black Market Boutique, it was love at first sight. 100% silk, made in Japan, and it's reversible. I do like this side best, but just knowing that I could turn it inside out for a whole new look makes it that much better.

I wear it every morning as I prance around my house for a while, and have some extended lounge time with a book and tea on my couch if it's my day off. On those gray Portland mornings, the warm yellows and oranges bring me a little bit of sunshine to wake up to.
