I love goat cheese. I also love basil. And who doesn't love snacks? I treated myself to some goat cheese the other day and made these delicious little morsels roughly inspired by caprese. They are really cute, incredibly delicious, and would make a great party appetizer, if you ask me.
Fresh basil leaves
Generously spread goat cheese on crackers (and try not to immediately shove all of them into your mouth). Top with a basil leaf or two. Snack away!
